Born in Camrose, Alberta, Canada, later raised on her grandparent's farm south of Holden; Jasmyn feels extremely blessed to be living out in the countryside near Millet, Alberta with her husband. You can catch her barefoot in the garden surrounded by wildflowers, gigging with her band and enjoying prairie skies year round. She’s a creative soul who loves expressing herself through movement, music, and writing. She’s still strumming her first guitar, an acoustic Cort given by her mother for her 15th birthday. She claims her creative outlets have helped her in healing from her difficult past.

 

Jasmyn has survived cancer twice under 20, which has made her live life with gratitude. After years of working jobs that weren’t serving her purpose and dropping out of nursing school for health reasons, she finally decided to choose a path in the holistic health industry. Becoming a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021. Jasmyn helped clients achieve goals, live with passion, and improve their overall wellness. Her clients soon became genuine, lifelong friends.

 

Jasmyn is happy to say she is now fully dedicated to her career in music; not taking coaching clients at this time. Focused on booking gigs and working with her band, writing and recording music.
